Private Chef for Retreats

Being a retreat chef is one of my favorite ways to serve. My passion for creating in the kitchen allows me to nourish the sacred space with fresh, healthy, vibrant, and delicious meals that support the body and elevate the entire experience with flavor and texture.

I can cook in any style you request; whether you want to focus on gluten and dairy free, vegan, carnivore, etc. I guarantee ingredients will always be of the highest quality and organic with no seed oils. Anti-inflammatory meals are vital to me and how I feed myself as well. As someone who runs a tight ship, I’m extremely organized, methodical, and timely while also having so much fun cooking up a storm.

Beyond the kitchen, I have a deep understanding of the process that happens in these beautiful healing spaces as a retreat photographer and a lifelong yogi with over 600 hours of YTT, along with years of experience facilitating events in the St Pete conscious community.

If you’re looking for a chef that will delight, don’t hesitate to reach out and see what magic we can create together to feed your guests food that they will be raving about.

Always made with love and devotion to the power and beauty of good food.

“Chef Paulina was truly a highlight of a recent retreat I attended. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a beautiful lunch that instantly took away any nerves about the food situation—what we could eat, whether there would be enough, or whether it would feel “healthy” but unsatisfying. Every meal was incredibly nourishing: healthy, tasty, and genuinely fulfilling.

The portions were spot-on, the timing was seamless, and I felt carried (in the best way) throughout each day. Paulina’s food is comfort-y but clean—fresh produce, whole grains, and cozy flavors that still feel light and supportive for a yoga retreat. And she’s clearly a thoughtful cook: the little details that elevate flavor and texture made everything feel special (roasted chickpeas, chia seeds, and other small touches that added crunch, depth, and balance).

A few dishes I’m still thinking about: the tikka masala and the frittata (yum), and the peanut butter dates dipped in chocolate now live in my head rent free. On top of all of that, she has the sweetest energy. She was kind and thoughtful, and when we invited her to join us for meals or share a coffee or tea, it genuinely felt like she was part of the experience—not just “the chef behind the scenes,” but a warm presence who helped shape the retreat.

You’re in amazing hands with Paulina.”
