With each plan, you select your proteins, carbs, and veggies to mix and match for delicious meals at home.
The breakfast selection comes with fruit - not included in the smallest Sapphire plan, though it is available as an add on.
Pricing includes groceries, preparation, and delivery.

Plans range from our smallest offering of 4 meals, perfect for a single person, to the mid plan of 12 meals, great for a couple, to our largest of 20 meals, designed for the whole family.

Once you book your meal plan here on the website, you’ll receive a text message from me (Paulina) to choose your meals for the upcoming week’s menu.

Absolutely! Commonly requested customizations include adding extra protein ($25 for 4 servings) or adding breakfast (includes fruit) to the Sapphire Plan ($50 for 4 servings).
Swaps may be made between carbs and vegetables, just let me know when placing your order!

Yes! I love to cook completely gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and seed oil free. My clients feel amazing eating this way, and so do I.
The only soy is in each week's vegan tofu dish, so if you're also avoiding soy, don’t order the tofu.

I use glassware for the environment, your own health (we don't want micro-plastics in your beautiful fresh meals!) and ease of heating up your food. The glassware can go straight in the oven (recommended) or microwave.

Flourish Foods is the perfect fit for those devoted to clean eating. I serve dietary preferences including anti-inflammatory, paleo, whole 30, pescatarians, flexitarians, and vegan.
There are two vegan protein options per menu, and the carbs and veg are always vegan. Chia seed pudding is the vegan option for breakfast.
